Policies and Shipping information

ORDER PROCESS:

Domestic US orders will ship within 7-14 days from the day you order, unless otherwise mentioned on Item detail. Since we have different warehouses you may receive different parts of your order at seperate times. Our store uses USPS Ground unless otherwise noted. We usually ship daily Monday through Friday so orders are almost always sent within 1-2 business days, sometimes even the same day. We do not normally ship internationally but if you contact us we may be able to accomodate you depending on your country.

If you need your item fast, or if you are placing a large order please email us at angelmarie@yours.com to discuss shipping costs and verify that we will be able to ship immediately. We will almost always be able to accommodate your request.

We generally send a note when we receive your payment and are preparing to ship. If you have submitted payment but not heard from us please contact us so we can resolve any outstanding issues.


RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please notify us within 30 days of placing your order and we will issue a refund on receipt of the item. Items must be returned in new condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the item is defective. If you have questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact us so we can work it out.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We use Paypal because it is quick, easy and secure. All credit card information gets sent through encryption so noone sees your information and its kept private. When you place an order, we require that you provide us with personal contact and billing information, including your email address, street address and telephone number. We will only use this information to process the orders that you place with us. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We will only share your address with shipping services for the sole purpose of delivering your order.
